"Our salesman was Sean Ruse. Sean was easy-going and pleasant to work with as my wife and I explored the possibility of purchasing a manufactured home for our two-acre lot just south of Moab. We knew what floor plan we were interested in and Sean helped us put the whole thing together. Sean patiently spent the time to show us what our options were for changes to floor plans, lengthening the house, choices for kitchen cabinets, linoleum, carpeting, lights, etc. We were not sure if we would be able to pull this off but the more we worked with Sean, the more feasible this became. This was complicated by the fact that we had to sell another property before we could finalize the purchase of our Silver Crest home. We were able to move in six weeks from the day we placed our order with Sean. "The home only had a few minor glitches, which were promptly taken care of by repair people from Golden Villa.
