| 4. 1/4" OSB on Marriage Wall and Exterior Sidewalls |
 1/4" oriented strand board is placed between studs and sheetrock panels in the marriage wall and on the exterior sidewall. This precaution aids to decrease the panel movement in these walls and insures a solid backing. |

Paper faced reinforced inside corners are used on all drywall corners, which makes a stronger and straighter corner. The strength helps reduce cracks and gives the home a beautiful finished appearance.
"Nail Pops" can occur due to panel movement or lumber shrinkage and require on-site repair. By attaching sheetrock panels with drywall screws rather than nails, the screws significantly reduce the occurrence of "nail pops."
