| 2. 2" x 6" Wall Studs with Owens Corning® Insulation |
Using 2" x 6" exteriord wall studs allows BonnaVilla® to insulate the exterior walls with R19 and optional R21 Owens Corning® fiberglass insulation, which is resitant to moisture absorption thereby deterring permanent loss of R value. |
| 3. Marriage Wall Foam Gasket / First 2 Bays Insulated |
To resist moisture and air infiltration, the first two bays of the marriage wall on both sections and ends are insulated with R11 Owens Corning® fiberglass insulation. A fowam gasket is alos placed around the perimeter to resist leaks and drafts. |
| 4. Low E Dual Pane Argon Gas Filled Windows |
Low E glass with argon gas, in the summer, lets visible sunlight in while blocking infared and ultraviolet solar energy that drives up cooling costs and damages the interior of your home. In winter, it reflects room side heat back into the room. |

BonnaVilla® places registers in the perimeter of the home allowing it to cool and heat from the exterior to the interior. This puts the air where it is needed first to change the climate, since the exterior of your home is the most susceptible to the outside temperatures. |

Moisture entering into walls can be very destructive. To help prevent this, BonnaVilla® uses a continuous vapor barrier. The continuous paper spans the entire exterior walls, and is placed behind the sheetrock and glued to each stud. |
