Precision Component Cabinetry

Modular HomesCabinet components are formed with computer-aided sawing of the side panels face frames, and back and bottom panels. The cabinets are then hand-assembled by using dados with glue, and pocket screws for all front stiles, virtually eliminating all unsightly staples. 5/8" adjustable shelves make the cabinets very flexible to the individual homeowner.

Sturdy 3/4" Tongue& Groove Decking

Manufactured HomesBonnaVilla® Homes installs 3/4" tongue& groove floor sheathing perpendicular to the floor joists. Interlocking the sheathing and staggering the seams eliminates continuous seams across the entire width of the home. Sturdy floors are obtained by gluing the tongue and groove, and gluing and stapling the sheathing to the floor joists. This is one of the many instances that material and construction techniques set BonnaVilla® Homes apart.

Heat Duct Design

Modular HomesBonnaVilla® uses a computer designed closed-loop heating system for even distribution of heat. Our system uses perimeter heating instead of floor vents, spreading warmth evenly.
