| A: A Manufactured home on a permanent foundation on it's own real estate will gain or loose value based on other similar manufactured homes in the area. A modular, or IRC home will not be compared to manufactured home values. It will be valued based upon similar modular or on site constructed homes in your area. |

A: Although the requirements mandated by the codes are different, the overall end product can look very similar.
